What is PersonaSync?
PersonaSync is context you author. You declare your goals and preferences in your own words — it doesn't infer them, and nothing watches you in the background. What's in your context is there because you put it there — and nothing is saved or scored without your say-so.
Live today: the Persona Builder, My Context, and the Personal Context Builder — more on the way below.
How it works
- 1
Describe a goal
Tell the builder about a goal in plain words — “I want to read 30 minutes a day.”
- 2
Review a proposal
It turns that into a clear, readable proposal you can see in full before anything happens.
- 3
Confirm it
Nothing is saved until you confirm. You can edit the proposal first — you're always the one who decides.
- 4
Check in and watch a score form
Log your progress over time. A score builds from your check-ins, and it's always shown with how confident it is.
The Personal Context Layer (PCL)
PersonaSync is integrated with the Personal Context Layer (PCL) — the store the goals and preferences you author live in. PersonaSync is the first product built on PCL, not its owner; the layer stands on its own, and PersonaSync reads from it like any other tool. That connection runs over MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard that lets AI tools read your context only when you ask — nothing pulls from it in the background.
How PCL keeps scores honest
A number on its own can mislead, so PersonaSync never shows one alone. Every score travels with its confidence, and every goal says — in plain language — where it stands:
- Moving toward a target — when you've set a specific goal to reach.
- Inside your range — when your goal is a healthy band, like 7–8 hours of sleep.
- No target yet — showing activity — when you're just tracking, with no finish line set.
- Not enough check-ins yet — when there isn't enough logged to say something true.
If there isn't enough to say something true, it says exactly that — instead of guessing.
